Self-healing is an album about slowing down and reconnecting — with yourself, with the world around you, and with the larger universe we’re all part of. Each track is a step on that journey, moving between lighthearted escapes, deeper reflections, and moments of quiet wonder.
It begins with the open-road flow of Miami Drive, rolls into the playful warmth of Pina Colada, and then stretches into the long, meditative title track Self-healing. From there, the music drifts into something more ethereal with Touching the World of Angels, and opens into cosmic perspective on Me & The Universe. As a closing gift, Cherish the Pale Blue Dot adds a bonus chapter — a reminder of our fragile, beautiful home floating in space.
The whole album was made to feel like both a personal retreat and a universal meditation. It’s music for recharging, reflecting, and remembering that healing often begins in stillness.
