ELSEWHERE is a long-form Music Journey for the moments when you need a break from everything.
No productivity goal. No place to get to. Nothing to solve.
Just hours of hand-played instrumental music to step away from the noise, clear some space in your head, and disappear somewhere else for a while.
Built around slowly unfolding analog textures, hypnotic sequences, and live performance, ELSEWHERE is music for reading, thinking, creating, resting - or simply doing nothing at all.
Put it on, leave the world outside for a while, and get lost in music.
Want to see where ELSEWHERE began? Watch the original one-hour live performance on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhcG21Pjn8M
All my music is also available on Bandcamp (all albums) and Bandcamp Listening Journeys (purpose-built listening journeys).
More about sessions and albums
What's included
You will get a seamless studio quality streaming together with a high quality download.
The streaming is gapless with no clicks and way higher quality than Bandcamp.
Each product is a high-quality recording — an album, a session, or a performance — made to help you focus, relax, or simply enjoy sound as an art form.
How does it work
You can preview each piece, but to enjoy full playback you’ll need to purchase it. Once you do, it unlocks in your player for unlimited streaming whenever you want.
Do I need an app?
No — everything plays instantly in your browser.
Is playback fast worldwide?
Yes — streaming runs on a global CDN, so it works quickly no matter where you are, even on vacation.
Am I supporting you directly?
Absolutely. Every purchase here goes straight to me, not to big platforms.
Will I find exclusive music here?
Yes — many raw sessions are available only here and nowhere else.
Are there any discounts?
Yes — when you buy more than one item, discounts apply automatically. No codes needed.
Is it safe to purchase?
Yes — the entire store runs on Shopify, one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world. Payments are encrypted, and your data stays protected.
Who am I
I’m Caught In Joy — an independent artist creating analog-driven sessions, albums, and live performances. Every sound you hear is recorded in my studio with real instruments and analog hardware synths, shared here without middlemen. More about me →
