Disconnected is a full-length, hand-played ambient synth album performed entirely on the Moog Minimoog Model D and recorded straight to reel-to-reel tape. No DAW. No grid. Just me, the synth, and the slow magic of analog sound — a chance to step outside the noise, to slow down, and to enjoy the moment.
The music carries a kind of analog mysticism, with textures shaped by tape hiss, modular patience, and voltage-born emotion. It has a touch of cinematic dread woven through its warmth — something both meditative and unsettling, like a dream that lingers just beyond reach.
If you love Moog, Berlin School, or music that feels raw and real, this one is for you. Think the tension of Carpenter, the yearning synths of Pink Floyd, and the hypnotic pull of Berlin School — all slowly etched onto magnetic oxide, alive with every imperfection of the tape.
