Cornwall is a hand-played album created entirely on my analog synthesizers — my way of reinterpreting one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever visited. I wanted to capture what it feels like to stand on those cliffs, to hear the wind and the waves, and to watch the shifting light move across the water. Every tone and harmony in this album is a translation of that experience — of sea air, distance, and quiet awe turned into sound.

The music unfolds slowly, like the rhythm of the tide. There are bright passages that mirror sunlight breaking through clouds, and darker, misty stretches that carry the hush of evening. I approached this project without rush — each take recorded live, hands on the synths, letting the moment decide the direction.

At its heart, Cornwall is about calm and perspective. I wanted to make something that holds both cheer and stillness — a sound world you can step into when you need to focus, breathe, or simply let your thoughts wander. It’s an album you can listen to while working, watching the rain, or imagining yourself standing at the edge of the sea.

For me, this music is both a memory of the coastline and a gentle reminder to find space for reflection wherever you are. The landscape of Cornwall became a metaphor for balance — wild yet peaceful, powerful yet kind.
